A rebel (spy) plots to set fire to a temple of Heliod and dedicate the blaze to Purphoros, driving the gods toward a conflict he's certain Purphoros will win.

The case is being handled by men of the church

who are clearly making sure nothing is done in solving it

and are, when completely hammered, somewhat willing to share details.
