You've heard that the village of Sutburgh is built near a Crevice or Pit.. They are known for being built atop ancient ruins, and the settlement is unprotected. Order is maintained by Cecily, a cruel Cultist and the village is under the control of bandits.

Entering the village proper you notice the poor conditions. The village folk go without the comforts available in a stable community.They can only offer simple food and lodgings, and threadbare clothing. Their unpredictable conditions result in a sufficient, though probably unpleasant, experience..

* Galfrid Is the local smith. They come across as creative, have braided beard or hair, and uses colorful oaths and exclamations. They heard, The old lady who lives outside of town is a witch and she has been placing curses on people. Some folk want to drive her out.

* Erasmus Is a honourable Astronomer. They are missing teeth, and stares into the distance. They heard, The Lord Mayor is hiring adventurers to look into reports of goblin activity around the ruins in the high forest.

The Leaping Eel is known for being a raucous dive. Frederick the Innkeep, is disloyal. They are missing teeth and speaks in rhyme or some other peculiar way.
