They are known for their superior horses, and the settlement is surrounded by a palisade wall and watchtower. Order is maintained by Elewys, a fearful Knight who is a bully and rules with an iron fist.

Entering the village proper you notice the squalid conditions. The village folk here are very poor, living in mud-floored huts, or vermin-infested barn houses. They have little shelter from the elements, and live in a desperate and violent environment, in places rife with disease..
