Small: 5 ft. wide, 5 ft. High (Medium creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls)
Iron bars block the tunnel and debris covers the lower half. If PCs dig it out they discover a rusted, bent bar that allows passage.
Low: The water in this tunnel is ankle to knee high, the floor is slick with filth. (Slippery, DC12 Dexterity save while running)
Giant rats have made a nest here. They take up a threatening posture as you approach.
