Pharika's Villains

Legend tells of a hydra with alchemical lore scribed upon its bones. When an alchemist (mage) begins poisoning the beasts, Nylea sends dozens of hydras to seek revenge, catching innocents in the fray.

The case is being handled by an old man in a robe and his dog

who are clearly making sure nothing is done in solving it

and are scared to share details.

A man without teeth comes up and whispers to a PC

a connection to another horrid crime committed not long ago
